Wholesale Ordering - Rules of the Game

Minimum opening order is $150.00 for new accounts. Reorders are $75.00. All products must be ordered in quantities of 6 pieces each, unless otherwise noted. Orders cannot be processed if order quantity minimums are not met. No cancellations or returns after merchandise has been shipped. Our of stock items will be backordered unless noted otherwise. Claims for shortage, damage or not-receipt of goods must be made in writing to sales@chalktalksports.com or via Fax at 203-840-1814 within 3 days after receipt of goods or invoice. Any exceptions to the return policy will require a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs reflect ground shipping to Continental USA only. Additional shipping costs will be added to shipping outside the continental USA. Placing a wholesale order indicates full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
